Did you know that alcohol is an addictive substance? Those 18 to 25 years of age are most at risk for this substance use disorder.

Classmates can recover out loud from their addictions. Colleges have recovery programs available for students. If you’re looking for more information about these recovery programs then connect with your professor and they can help guide you in the right direction of these programs.

The student drinking culture is all about ones attitude towards it. Host a mocktail event with friends or attend a sober social event on your college campus. There are opportunities for students in college to enjoy time with friends without engaging in the drinking culture. A positive sobriety movement has begun!
