Mental Health in the Classroom
As a college student, your plate is always full with classes, clubs, study groups, and endless assignments. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but remember to take a moment to acknowledge something important—you are not alone.
You have classmates, professors, and resources around you who genuinely care about YOU. You are more than just a student in a classroom; you are a person with your own experiences and challenges.
As you navigate those stressful times during the semester, don’t forget to check in with your classmates. A simple “How’s it going?” or “Are you okay?” can go a long way. We all experience tough days, and offering support to one another creates a community of care.
Remember, it’s okay to ask for help when you need it—whether that’s reaching out to a friend or talking to a professor who can connect you with campus mental health resources.
You’ve got this, and if you need support, it’s okay to lean on others. Together, we’re stronger.
